Time to Raise Your Level!

It's time to start your personal training by following the iSoccer Summer Workout.  Start your training on Monday, June 27th.  You can track your training with the training guide you received at the team meeting.  Remember just 20-30 minutes every day will help you raise your personal level which will make you a better player and make us a better team.   To download a new training guide or to see the iSoccer session videos checkout the "iSoccer Summer Workout" page (see tab above).

Parents, please encourage your players to dedicate some time every day during the week to work on their skills. Help them track and check-off their sessions everyday.
